[EN] Faculty of Information Technology and Science Educational Staff Workshop 2016

BANDUNG, FTIS. As the odd semester of 2016 drew to a close, the Faculty of Information Technology and Science held a workshop for educational staff. Held on Friday, November 25, 2016, the workshop took place outside the Unpar campus.

The workshop was divided into two sessions. The first session was led by Dr. Aloysius Rusli with the topic “Spirituality and Core Values of Unpar (SINDU).” Mr. Rusli’s (as he is usually called) presentation on SINDU was very touching, providing new insights, unblocking thoughts and refreshing the situation and conditions that generally tend to be static.

The second session’s speaker was Dewiyani, S. Psi., Psychologist, CGA., with the topic “The Urgency of Motivation”. Participants were divided into two groups, each given the task of creatively depicting the workplace and closing with the opportunity to present the results of their work. Previously, all participants were asked to share their actual feelings and emotions. In closing, Ms. Dewi discussed the relationship between expressing feelings and emotions and the current workplace in the context of building teamwork in achieving collective targets or dreams.

This workshop was attended by all Deans, Education Staff, and Workers from the Faculty of Information Technology and Science. We hope that FTIS will continue to progress and boldly bring about positive change in the future. Viva FTIS!
