1. To produce graduates who excel, possess integrity, and are able to adapt to the changing world of work.
2. To produce research that contributes to the development of science and is recognized globally.
3. To provide community service by utilizing research results to provide relevant and sustainable science- based solutions.

Targets

Based on the established objectives, the Faculty of Science has formulated targets that align with UNPAR’s objectives. The Faculty of Science’s targets are divided into two main groups: academic and organizational, as detailed below:

Academic Strategic Goals

• A1. To create an inclusive and inspiring teaching and learning environment, where faculty and students can interact dynamically in a conducive academic atmosphere;
• A2. To produce competent, adaptive, and highly competitive graduates in line with future demands;
• A3. To produce collaborative and interdisciplinary scientific studies to advance knowledge and address complex societal challenges; and
• A4. To organize dialogic, humanistic, and inspiring academic forums as a platform for the exchange of ideas, scientific development, and collaboration between the academic community, industry, and the community.

Strategic Organizational Goals

• O1. Develop and implement organizational structures and governance in accordance with the principles of Good University Governance, supported by adequate information systems;
• O2. Utilize modern, reliable, and comfortable facilities and infrastructure to support academic activities, research, and community service;
• O3. Strive for diverse and sustainable resources to support UNPAR’s implementation as an entrepreneurial university; and
